Returns Management
Upon request, Duwensee also handles the structured processing of your returns. To ensure that returned goods remain clearly separated from the regular flow of goods, they are recorded separately immediately upon receipt and stored in a designated quarantine area. This helps prevent mix-ups, incorrect postings or the unintended reuse of returned goods.
Each return is digitally documented in the Warehouse Management System and assigned to the original shipment. This ensures full traceability at all times, showing which order the return originated from and how it was subsequently processed.
- separate recording of returns
- dedicated quarantine storage area
- assignment to the original shipment
- inspection of condition and quantity
- photographic documentation
- restocking after approval
- labelling and separate management of B-grade goods
- complete traceability
Within one year, more than 500,000 shipping kits were produced in this way. The processes could be flexibly adapted to changing requirements and varying volumes.
